C.Transport, Communication and Navigational Occupations

Occupations Some Identified Hazards
1. Firemen Exposure to fumes, smoke; carbon monoxide poisoning; lacerations, cuts, bruises from rescue operations; exposure to heat (burns).
2. Drivers or operators of bulldozer, crane, pile driving equipment, trailer, road roller, tractor lifting appliances, scaffold winch, hoist, excavator, loading machine, trucks, buses, jeepneys, and taxis. Working in an awkward position leading to musculoskeletal disease; exposure to vibration; noise exposure; exposure to dusts, fumes, and gas vapors; accidents; danger to self and passengers.
3. Tillers and Greasers of heavy machineries Danger from moving engine parts; accidents; cuts; burns; exposure to heat and noise; noise stress; eye and ear injuries; exposure to fumes and vapors.
4. Traffic Controller and Dispatchers Exposure to dusts, fumes, and vapors; accidents (being hit by); noise exposure.
